The applicant had been benefitted with the registration of a Trademark of the word ‘SILWET’ for the manufacture of silicon fluids. The defendant had infringed the said trademark, it is evidenced from the product of the respondent/defendant which indicates his product as ‘SIL WET-90’, which is visually and phonetically similar to that of the applicant/plaintiff. 5. In such view of the matter, there shall be an order of injunction as prayed for. 6. Notice to the respondent returnable in four weeks.
